The EVX Fitness program is a top-quality fitness training by coached by Certified Personal Trainers. We offer group or private training in various areas, including:

FOCUSED WORKOUT PLANS

In order to enhance overall athleticism, we focus on full-body workouts, free-weight training, and compound exercises that will target multiple muscle groups at the same time to maximize strength gains, functional movement, and high-calorie expenditure. Our coaches will guide you throughout the whole routine to ensure your safety, proper form, and proper progression during training.

CHALLENGING EXERCISES 

Additionally, our coaches will make sure that training routines are exciting and challenging by using different exercises, utilizing a great variety of equipment, and by implementing various training methodologies such as Circuit Training and High-Intensity Interval Training.

GOAL ORIENTED

EVX Fitness sessions will be challenging enough to push your limits, but yet remain specific to your objectives and fitness level. We invite you to join at least three times a week, 45 minutes per session, to awaken the athlete within you, and to become a stronger, fitter, and more confident version of yourself!

Coach Carolina Resendez
Coach Carolina is a Kinesiology graduate, and a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. She has over seven years of experience working in the health and wellness industry. Her objective is to help her clients become a more confident version of themselves through fitness and a healthy lifestyle. Coach Carolina’s program includes personal training, educating on the principles of fitness and nutrition, and lifestyle modification mentoring. She is always looking forward to serving her community and building success stories.
Coach Kris Lyons

Coach Kris has been serving within the industry since 2014. He has strong sports background in Baseball, Football, and Marathon Running. During his career, he has witnessed his clients achieve tremendous growth inside and outside of the gym. His preferred modes of helping clients achieve results include Nutrition Optimization, Supplementation, Advanced Bodyweight Training, Traditional Strenght Training, H.I.I.T, and Kettlebell Training.

His mission is to educate and redirect the focus of the industry by creating solutions for those who are struggling to become fit and still need help adapting to a healthy lifestyle.
