Open Mat Ninja Party
Cost: $250 for 2hrs of play, recommend for ages 4+
Our Open Mat Ninja Party is a dynamic experience where kids turn our gymnastics enthusiasts and martial arts fanatics in a bustling playground where kids can leap on crash pads, punches on wave masters, and try their hands at kip-up bars, balance beams and other equipment. Our party facilitators will lead a series of games like Tag, Ninja Ball, Dodge the Sword, and much more, all designed to inspire fun and encourage physical fitness. Create unforgettable memories while discovering the fun of movement in this safe and supervised environment.

Nerf Wars Battle Royale Party
Cost: $300 for 2hrs of play, recommend for ages 8+
Ready, aim, fire! Experience the heart-racing action of our Nerf Wars Party! We turn the dojo into an epic battlefield for a foam dart competition, complete with all Nerf gear and safety equipment. Kids like capture the flag and team battles, your child and their friends will forge unforgettable memories. Our experienced instructors ensure safety while keeping the excitement at the maximum. Unite your troops and brace yourselves for the most exciting nerf confrontation you've ever witnessed!

Black Light Laser Tag Party
Cost: $350 for 2hrs of play, recommend for ages 8+
Step into the future with our electrifying Black Light Laser Tag Party! We transform our dojo into a cool futuristic arena with black lights, lasers, strobes, and smoke machines. As the glow takes over, an immersive game of strategy and speed begins. With our laser tag gear and immersive atmosphere, your child and their friends will like they are in their own video game. This unique, pulsating party experience is sure to leave your young guests talking for weeks to come!

Logistics and Expectations
Deposit & Payment: A card will be kept on file and a deposit (50% of total cost) is required to reserve the dojo and inflatables. The deposit becomes non-refundable if the party is canceled within 7 days of the event. The remaining balance is due on the event day, along with any charges for damages.
Event Duration: The 2-hour event includes free play, guided games, and cake cutting.
Party Conclusion: The party is expected to end at the scheduled time. Guests should be picked up and the lobby cleaned up within 15 minutes after the event's scheduled conclusion.
Guest Limit & Age: Up to 15 children (age 4+) are allowed, excluding adults. An additional 10 children are permitted for a $50 fee, with extra staff provided.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will incur a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
Facilities & Equipment: E/X provides tables, chairs, and a cooler. Parents need to bring plates, napkins, utensils, table covers, food, drinks, and decorations.
Setup Arrangements: The instructor will open the dojo 30 minutes before the party for setup. Parents are welcome to arrange and set up necessary items in the lobby during this time.
Scheduling: Events available on Saturdays (after 1pm) and Sundays (after 3pm), subject to instructor availability.
Gratuities: Tips for the instructor are welcomed but not mandatory.
Responsibility for Damages: Parents are accountable for any damages caused by guests.
