Open Mat ninja party

  • Cost: $200 for 2hrs of play, recommend for ages 4+

Our Open Mat Ninja Party is a dynamic experience perfect for young gymnastics enthusiasts and martial arts fans. The dojo will transform into a bustling playground where kids can leap onto crash pads, practice their punches on wave masters, and try their hands at kip-up bars, blance beams and other equipment. Our party facilitators will lead a series of games like Tag, Ninja Ball, Dodge the Sword, and much more, all designed to inspire fun and encourage physical fitness. Create unforgettable memories while discovering the fun of movement in this safe and supervised environment.

As the blinds close and the blacklight glow takes over, an immersive game of strategy and speed begins. With our laser tag gear and emmersive atomosphere, your child and their friends will like they are in their own video game. This unique, pulsating party experience is sure to leave your young guests talking for weeks to come!

Logistics and Expectations

• Deposit & Payment: A card will be kept on file and a deposit (50% of total cost) is required to reserve the dojo and inflatables. The deposit becomes non-refundable if the party is canceled within 7 days of the event. The remaining balance is due on the event day, along with any charges for damages.
• Event Duration: The 2-hour event includes free play, guided games, and cake cutting.
• Party Conclusion: The party is expected to end on time. All children should be picked up and the lobby cleaned up within 15 minutes after the event’s scheduled conclusion.
• Guest Limit & Age: Up to 15 children (age 4+) are allowed, excluding adults. An additional 10 children are permitted for a $30 fee, with extra staff provided.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the event will incur a $30 cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will forfeit the deposit.
• Facilities & Equipment: EVX provides tables, chairs, and a cooler. Parents need to bring plates, napkins, utensils, table covers, food, drinks, and decorations.
• Setup Arrangements: The instructor will open the dojo 30 minutes before the party for setup. Parents are welcome to arrange and set up necessary items in the lobby during this time.
• Scheduling: Events available on Saturdays (after 1pm) and Sundays (after 3pm), subject to instructor availability.
• Gratuities: Tips for the instructor are welcomed but not mandatory.
• Responsibility for Damages: Parents are accountable for any damages caused by guests.
